Eduardo Soteras
Eduardo Soteras is a photojournalist and documentary photographer with more than 17 years of experience, mainly in Africa and the Middle East, with a background in Finance and Business Administration and Teaching. He has extensive experience working in breaking news contexts and in long-term multimedia projects. Consultant to many UN Agencies and International NGOs and contributor to major publications worldwide.
Eduardo is our director and main photographer.
Aníbal Paradisi
Anibal Paradisi is a visionary entrepreneur who likes to think outside the box and is not afraid of the unknown. He has developed projects in Venezuela, Spain, Panama and is currently based in Nairobi, Kenya. A lawyer with a master’s degree in quality and business process, his passion is building business intelligent and efficient processes with result tangible to achieve goals.
Anibal is our project manager.
Agustín Clariá
Agustín Clariá is an architect and designer. With over two decades of experience, he has worked internationally in Argentina, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates, gaining expertise in commercial interior design, branding, and project development. He began his career in Barcelona, Spain, collaborating with renowned design studios and agencies before returning to Argentina in 2008 to lead international projects with AFT-Arquitectos. In 2011, Agustín founded Wasabi Design, where he continues to specialize in design and communication. Agustín thrives in multidisciplinary environments, bringing creativity and precision to every project.
In addition to his creative design expertise, Agustín is our Art Director.
Agustina Roca
Agustina Roca is an accomplished Argentine artist and architect with a diverse educational background, including a degree in Architecture and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sculpture. She has exhibited her installations and artworks in numerous galleries and museums across Argentina and New York. Currently, Roca manages Aura Virtual Gallery as its Artistic and Executive Director, showcasing her expertise in contemporary art. Her professional experience spans architecture firms, where she worked on sustainable buildings and urban restoration projects, as well as art galleries, where she handled commercial and executive management roles.

Aníbal Clariá
Aníbal Claría is a graphic designer with over 17 years of experience in visual identity, artistic portfolios, and aesthetic guidelines for TV and film production companies in Argentina and Spain. A graduate in Graphic Design from UES21, Aníbal is a skilled team player with strong communication, problem -solving, and project management abilities. His expertise spans visual identity design, layout, storyboarding, and the printing process. Currently working as a freelancer, Aníbal has also contributed illustrations for Spanish newspapers and engaged in journalistic production for radio and digital media.
Hugh Rutherford
Hugh Rutherford is a multimedia specialist based in East Africa, with over 12 years of experience in video production, photography, and communications across 20+ countries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney, specializing in Film and Photography. Hugh has worked extensively the region with organizations like the UN World Food Programme, UNICEF, UNHCR, among others, producing award-winning documentaries and photographs. His expertise spans video production and editing, photography, and digital storytelling, with a focus on humanitarian and development projects in challenging environments worldwide.
Stuart Tibabweswa
Stuart Tibaweswa is a Ugandan documentary photographer and National Geographic Explorer whose work often focuses on social, environmental and human rights issues. Stuart has worked on assignments for Agence France-Presse, New York Times, UNICEF and other agencies.
Santiago Risco
Santiago is an entrepreneur and the founder of Deletec, our partners in many projects,, where he’s been leading psrojects for 18 years. With a background in law and advanced studies in Ibero-American Studies and Sustainable Development, Santiago has developed a career focused on managing international projects and creating digital content. His work has taken him across the globe, from Europe to Africa and the Americas, collaborating with diverse organizations. Passionate about environmental sustainability and innovation, he combines his expertise in executive production and project management to deliver impactful branding and audiovisual solutions.
